There are times in our lives when we all need to talk to, or to be listened to. We also may need help and advice on options available to us, in the situation we find ourselves in.

In the early years of our lives, our parents may have done this for us. As we grew our needs changed and we may have relied on a 'best friend' or confidant.
In later years these options may not be possible to us or simply not a choice we now have. People can move away into other geographical locations, relationships change and people move on.
